The American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology, which examines anesthesiologists for certification, functions separately from the American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists. All inquiries and communications pertaining to requirements, applications and examinations for certification by the Board of Anesthesiology should be sent to the Corresponding Secretary of the Board at the above address.

The primary source for board certifications for Osteopathic Anesthesiologists is the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).

The AOBA does NOT have access to current board certification status.
