All times on the Agenda are posted in Eastern Time. The live-stream will open approximately 20 minutes early each day - get connected and test your audio!

  • HOW DO I GET THERE: Use the following link to the webinar platform: https://vapor.aocaonline.org/webinar/
    Please use the password that was e-mail to you from [email protected] . This will bring you to the conference platform. You will join the conference each day with this same process. Please review this website and the tabs on the right-hand side of the page. This is where all of the other conference information is posted, along with the Industry Showcases, which is the virtual exhibit hall and where you will Enter to win the daily drawings!     • HOW DO I JOIN THE CONFERENCE LIVE-STREAM?
      Once you are on the conference platform, please enter your name and email in the boxes above the blue buttons that read “Join via Web” or “Join via Zoom App” and then click on the appropriate button to join the live-stream. The "Join via Web" button will allow you to watch from the webpage. The "Join via Zoom App" button will open the zoom application on your device. If you do not have the zoom application downloaded on the device that you are using, please use the "Join via Web" button.
      Note: Most users can view the meeting in the window without installing zoom - however the Zoom App may provide a better viewing experience.
      *iPhone, iPad & Safari users should use the "Join via Zoom" button for the best experience.
    • HOW DO I ENTER QUESTIONS?
      If you have questions to ask during the lectures, please type your question into the Q&A tool at the bottom of your video window. The moderator and speakers will come on LIVE for a Q&A/ Panel Discussion at the end of each Session and want to answer the questions of the audience!
    • WHAT IF I LEAVE AND COME BACK OR JUST CAN'T ATTEND SEPT 25-28?
      The Webinar will be broadcasting live. if you have to log out and come back, when you return -- check the agenda to see what’s going on and re-join. View the recordings for anything you missed. The recordings will not be available until 48 hours after the day it was aired. OnDemand content will be available for 60 days, to view and access for continuing education credits.     • WILL EACH DAY USE THIS SAME LINK?
      Yes, you can connect and participate in each day from this page: https://vapor.aocaonline.org/webinar/ and with the same password.

To submit for credit and receive your certificate, please see the AOA Attestation tab and the AMA submission tab on the right-hand side navigation tabs for information on claiming your credits and submitting your Attestation Form. Please remember that the AOA and AMA credits and certificates are two different processes and credits.
